We hope you are as excited as we are to welcome the newest coach to AMP Studios. We used to think of ourselves as a two-coach wolf pack. But when my Eric flexed his biceps, we knew he was one of our own. And our wolf pack... it grew by one. So there... there were three of us in the wolf pack... Lindsay and Steve were first in the pack, and then Eric joined in later. Then one year ago, when Mike told us he was a doctor, we thought, "Wait a second, could it be?" And Mike became part of the wolf pack, too.
And now we have our newest part of the pack, Stan. We knew from the first moment he swung kettlebells with us... in his boxers... in a blizzard that he would be part of the pack. So another has been added to the wolf pack. Five of us wolves, bear crawling around the Batcave together, in AMP, looking for protein and #Gainz. So everyone, please welcome Stan!

Fitness Wisdom: In the grand scheme of things, the majority of your results will only come from about 20% of what you do... And I'll give you a hint: it isn't a special diet or flashy new training regimen. That 20% is made up of smart training, eating your veggies, staying consistent and having ridiculous amounts of fun!
Favorite Superhero: Deadpool, without a doubt. I feel like we have a lot in common - besides our winning personalities, we both look great in spandex.
Favorite thing about AMP: Without a doubt the community of amazing humans! Your kindness, positivity and smiles are infectious!
Why are you excited to join the AMP Fitness Team?
Mostly so I can keep admiring Steve's crazy hair -- but in all seriousness, I feel like the AMP Fitness Team is one of the best out there. They've managed to combine being ridiculously awesome coaches with being well... Ridiculous. I can't wait to continue to learn from Steve, Lindsay, Mike, and Eric as well as becoming a more permanent part of their amazing community!
How would you describe your training style?
Richard Simmons on Science. Lots of hugs, lots of high fives, and lots of love while you build bigger biceps and booties that would make all the Kardashians jealous.
What are some of your other passions/hobbies in life?
I love going for hikes, discovering new musicians to listen to, and checking out cool local breweries. I also thoroughly enjoy donuts, frolicking and anything with caffeine. But my favorite is petting dogs. (Please bring your dog in so we can be friends, thanks)
How do you plan to help the Superheroes nail their fitness goals?
I probably should've said this in my interview, but I do my best coaching in the nude. Sorry for leaving that part out. Besides that, I plan on helping the Superheroes succeed by getting to know them better every single day - what they like, don't like, and how I can best help them grow as an individual.
